Having experienced postnatal depression after the birth of my first daughter, I felt a deep desire to support other women who are transitioning into motherhood.

So, in 2014, I started a pregnancy yoga class with just two mums-to-be. In just 12 months, I was running six classes a week and supporting over 70 mothers through prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, and baby massage.

Each class was more than just yoga and exercise; IT WAS A SANCTUARY. We built this beautiful community where we share our thoughts, our feelings, and strengthen our connections.

I created Mother Circles in 2020 and by 2022, I turned my sole focus on Mother Circles because I get to witness the profound and empowering changes within the mums who are in my circles.

I have made it my mission to create brave spaces for mums to connect, heal, and support each other. My passion lies in women championing themselves and each other, and I truly believe in the power of sisterhood.
