Business Mentoring for Women Who Hold Space for Others
I remember the early days of running my business. I’d be answering messages with one hand, stirring the pasta with the other, thinking ‘Is this what building a business is supposed to feel like?’
I loved the work. Supporting mothers. Listening to women. Hearing what they’d never said out loud. Holding space that felt sacred. It absolutely lit me up and still does.
But the business side? That was something else.
Pricing made me squirm.
Visibility felt too loud.
I second-guessed my ideas before they even made it onto the page.
And while I was pouring love and presence into other people’s transformations…
Inside, I was wondering if I was getting it all wrong.
Over the years, I’ve mentored many women who’ve felt exactly the same.
Coaches. Circle holders. Retreat guides. Healers. Network builders. Community gatherers.
Women who hold space for others – and want to grow a business that feels just as nourishing and true as the work they do with their clients.
This mentoring is for you.

Let’s be honest about what this really looks like: Running a values-led business is beautiful – but it can be lonely, exposing, and confusing too.
You might be…
- Confident in your sessions, but shaky when it comes to pricing or “selling yourself”
- Struggling to grow without tipping into burnout
- Constantly comparing yourself to women who seem to be doing it better or faster
- Holding everyone else, while quietly wondering who’s holding you
- Asking big questions:
- Is this the right direction?
- Can I really make this work long-term?
- Why does this still feel so hard?
It’s not that you don’t know what you’re doing.
You’re brilliant at your work. You’ve trained, learned, listened, shown up.
But when you are the business – when it all flows from who you are – it gets personal. Tender. Messy.
That’s why this mentoring doesn’t come with a fixed curriculum.
It starts with you.

What it’s like to work with me
This is space to take a breath, say the quiet things, and build a business that feels like home – not a performance.
Together, we gently untangle the thoughts, fears, and pressure that build up when you’re holding space for others and trying to grow something meaningful.
Sometimes we talk about visibility, pricing, or offers.
Sometimes we talk about boundaries, nervous system regulation, and rest.
Sometimes we rewrite the story you’ve been telling yourself about what it means to succeed.
Always, it’s about returning to what’s true for you.
You'll walk away with:

Real clarity about what you’re offering, who you’re serving, and how to talk about your work

Confidence that doesn’t feel performative -just a quiet, grounded knowing that you’re enough

Practical next steps that fit around your life, your energy, your values

A renewed sense of trust in yourself as a leader, space-holder, and business owner

And, most importantly – a place to be real. To show up as you are, without needing to prove anything

What qualifies me to hold this space?
I’ve spent years building a business rooted in care, community, and trust.
I’ve led Mother Circles, hosted retreats, trained mentors, coached many women, and walked the line between soul-led work and real-world business.
I’ve wrestled with imposter syndrome.
Launched things that flopped.
Held clients through grief, new motherhood, and massive expansion.
And kept showing up – refining, softening, strengthening, trusting.
This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience.
And it means I can meet you exactly where you are – without judgement, without overwhelm.
How we can work together
I offer one-to-one mentoring in a few different ways, depending on what you need:
- A one-off deep dive when you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or need clarity fast
- Ongoing mentoring over three or six months for consistent support and momentum
- Voice note support for in-the-moment encouragement between sessions
- Mentorship through one of my programmes (like the Mother Circle Mentorship) if you’d like to be in a held, structured container
We’ll talk together to find the right rhythm for you.
There’s no hard sell. No fixed path.
Just a woman who’s walked this road – and is here to walk alongside you now.
If you’re feeling the pull…
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
You don’t have to pretend you’re not wobbly.
And you definitely don’t have to choose between doing meaningful work and making a good living.
This is your invitation back to yourself.
To your voice. Your power. Your way of doing business.
