What is emotional health?
Your emotional health is an important part of your overall health. It encompasses your mental and physical health.
Let me help you to find a way to a happier and healthier you.
Good emotional health positively impacts your mental and physical health by reducing stress. If you operate continuously at a low stress level - often peaking into high stress - you have a much higher chance of suffering with a physical illness. Stress attacks your immune system, leaving you feeling too exhausted to look after yourself and lacking in motivation.
I’m sure you can relate to that feeling of not having the energy to look after yourself, even when you know that you really need to. Feeling this way is a sign that you are neglecting your emotional health.
As mums we do this all the time. We continuously put the needs of our children before our own, forgetting that a happy and healthy mum is the key to a happy and healthy family. It’s an old cliché but it is true.
Even as a busy mum, with very little time on your hands, you can learn how to create positive emotional health tools that work for you in an easy, enjoyable and effective way. With my help, you create your own system to cope with the inevitable conflicts of daily life, so that you are less likely to hold on to unhelpful, unsupportive or negative thought processes that can lead to feelings of high anxiety and self-doubt.
My coaching gives you the right knowledge to create your own emotional wellbeing toolkit over 8-sessions. Tools to call upon that really help during those tougher times in your personal or working life, such as the transition into motherhood or returning to work after a period of maternity leave.
It follows a proven formula, and is like no other coaching programme. I incorporate elements of wellbeing and mindfulness tailored uniquely to you, because one size never fits all when it comes to working on who we are and who we want to be. It provides space for you to become emotionally resilient and resolves symptoms of stress and anxiety such as poor sleep, unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise, unexplained pain, migraines and tummy troubles.
The coaching is unique and powerful. It’s full of light bulb moments that explain why you feel as you do. It is also simple and straightforward to follow, and I will be supporting you on every step of your journey. It works for everyone suffering from anxiety and anxiety-based symptoms such as social anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem and negative self-talk. The 8 sessions are held virtually or at my Wellbeing Pod in Moseley.
They are £550 if held virtually or £750 if held in person. I allow 90 minutes for each session and there is homework for you inbetween. The beauty of this programme is that, together, we work out what you need and what will take you forward without you needing to return again and again for further coaching. This is you stepping up to be the best version of you.
